PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA WORDWALL GASPER WUZA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA PERUBAHAN WUJUD BENDA UNTUK SISWA KELAS III SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak
Proses pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar perlu melibatkan peserta didik untuk turut serta berperan aktif.
Hal tersebut dapat difasilitasi menggunakan pengembangan sebuah media pembelajaran yang dapat
menarik minat peserta didik untuk aktif. Peneliti mengembangkan media wordwall gasper wuza materi
perubahan wujud benda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari media dengan menganalisis tiga
aspek yaitu, validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefeektifan. Pengembangan ini menggunakan tahapan ADDIE.
Subjek penelitian dilakukan pada 15 peserta didik kelas III A dalam uji coba skala kecil, dan 34 peserta
didik kelas III B di SDN Jambangan I/413 Surabaya dalam uji coba skala besar. Dari penelitian didapatkan
hasil persentase kevalidan media sebesar 88,5% , dan materi sebesar 90% dengan kriteria valid tanpa
revisi. Persentase kepraktisan pada angket respon peserta didik sebesar 91,3% pada uji coba skala kecil,
dan persentase 93,2% dalam uji coba skala besar. Lalu kepraktisan angket respon guru mendapatkan
persentase sebesar 91% kategori sangat praktis. Kemudian keefektifan media didapatkan melalui analisis
N-Gain nilai pretest dan posttest dalam uji coba skala besar mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,43 kriteria
peningkatan sedang. Berdasarkan penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan, peserta didik sangat antusias
dalam menggunakan media wordwall gasper wuza, dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa media wordwall gasper
wuza materi perubahan wujud benda dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan pada peserta didik kelas III
Sekolah Dasar guna meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract
The science learning process in elementary schools needs to involve students to take an active role. This
can be facilitated by developing a learning media that can attract students' interest to be active.
Researchers developed gasper wuza wordwall media material for changes in the shape of objects with the
aim of knowing the feasibility of the media by analyzing three aspects namely, validity, practicality, and
effectiveness. This development uses the ADDIE stages. The research subjects were conducted on 15
students in class III A in a small-scale trial, and 34 students in class III B at SDN Jambangan I/413
Surabaya in a large-scale trial. From the research, it was found that the percentage of validity of the media
was 88.5%, and the material was 90% with valid criteria without revision. The percentage of practicality
in the student response questionnaire was 91.3% in small-scale trials, and 93.2% in large-scale trials.
Then the practicality of the teacher's response questionnaire gets a percentage of 91% in the very practical
category. Then the effectiveness of the media was obtained through N-Gain analysis of pretest and posttest
values in large-scale trials to get results of 0.43, the criterion of moderate improvement. Based on the
development research conducted, the students were very enthusiastic in using the gasper wuza wordwall
media, and it can be stated that the gasper wuza wordwall media material for changes in the form of
objects is stated to be suitable for use in class III elementary school students to improve learning results.
