Pengaruh Integrasi Budaya Karapan Sapi Berbasis Etnomatematika Terhadap Hasil Belajar Geometri Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the influence of the integration of ethnomathematics-based Karapan Sapi culture in Independent Curriculum learning on elementary school students' geometry learning outcomes. The research method used was One Group Pretest-Posttest involving class IV students at SDN Rangkah VI/168 Surabaya. The research instrument is a pretest and posttest which have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses paired-samples t-test as a hypothesis test. The research results show that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes after implementing the integration of Karapan Sapi culture in learning. This indicates that the ethnomathematics approach is able to make geometry learning more contextual and relevant for students, thereby increasing their understanding and motivation to learn. In conclusion, the integration of local culture in mathematics learning not only enriches students' learning experiences, but also encourages them to better appreciate their cultural heritage.
