Implementasi program anti bullying untuk mengoptimalkan kebijakan sekolah ramah anak di sdit at-taqwa surabaya
Abstract
The implementation of the anti-bullying program is a vital program of the child-friendly school policy in every elementary school because through this program schools can create a safe and comfortable environment for students. However, the implementation of anti-bullying programs is still rarely implemented in schools. The study aims to determine the implementation, impact, and stakeholder collaboration in the anti-bullying program. Qualitative research with descriptive type. The research location was SDIT At-Taqwa with the subject of the research Stakeholders at SDIT At-Taqwa. The results showed that SDIT At-Taqwa successfully implemented a systematic and holistic anti-bullying program. The implementation is based on Islamic values, habituation programs, and close collaboration with stakeholders. Prevention efforts are carried out early on through observation of students and parents, as well as Meeting House programs, 4B habituation, and parenting. case handling is carried out in a tiered and humanist manner. The rehabilitation stage is related to the psychology of students. SDIT At-Taqwa will give more attention to students with the collaboration of class teachers, counseling team and parents.
Implementasi program anti bullying merupakan program vital dari kebijakan sekolah ramah anak di setiap sekolah dasar karena melalui program tersebut sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman untuk siswa. Namun, pelaksanaan progam anti bullying masih jarang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi, dampak, dan kolaborasi stakeholder dalam program anti bullying. Penelitian Kualitatif dengan jenis Deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di SDIT At-Taqwa dengan subjek penelitian Stakeholder di SDIT At-Taqwa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SDIT At-Taqwa berhasil menerapkan program anti bullying yang bersifat sistematis dan holistik. Penerapan tersebut didasari pada nilai keislaman, program pembiasaan, dan kolaborasi erat stakeholder. Upaya pencegahan dilakukan sejak dini melalui observasi siswa dan orang tua, serta program Meeting House, pembiasaan 4B, dan parenting. penanganan kasus dilakukan secara berjenjang dan humanis. Tahapan rehabilitasi berkaitan dengan psikologis siswa SDIT At-Taqwa akan memberikan perhatian lebih kepada siswa dengan kolaborasi guru kelas, tim BK dan orang tua.
