PELATIHAN CORRECTIVE MAKE UP DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MERIAS WAJAH KOREKTIF PADA TIM CHEERLEADERS DI SMAN 1 SURABAYA

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pelatihan corrective make up, 2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan, 3) hasil riasan wajah tim cheerleaders sesudah dilakukan pelatihan, 4) respon peserta pada pelatihan corrective make up. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian pre-test and post-test group design. Subyek penelitian 30 anggota tim cheerleders SMAN 1 Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, tes kinerja, dan angket. Metode analisis menggunakan rata-rata untuk pengelolaan pelatihan dan aktivitas peserta, hasil pelatihan menggunakan uji t dan respon peserta menggunakan persentase. Pengelolaan pelatihan corrective make up memperoleh penilaian dalam kategori baik sekali. Aktifitas peserta pelatihan memperoleh penilaian dengan kategori baik. Data hasil corrective make up dari nilai pretest dan posttest  menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dan peningkatan setelah dilakukannya pelatihan corrective make up dengan metode demonstrasi dengan panduan hand out. Hasil akhir yang diterima menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan merias wajah corrective make up sesudah dilakukan pelatihan pada tim cheerleaders di SMAN 1 Surabaya. Respon peserta terhadap pelatihan corrective make up menunjukkan presentase rata-rata sebesar 100%  dengan kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out about: 1) the execute of corrective make up training, 2) the activities of training participant, 3) the yield of cheerleader team corrective  make up after the training was done, 4) participant respon about corrective make up training. This research is a pra-experiment research using pre-test and post-test group design as a research plan. The subject of this research is 30 cheerleaders team members of SMAN 1 Surabaya. The collecting data method that used in this research is observating method, assignment test, and questionnaire. Analysis method using average was used to find out about training execute and participant activites. Ttest was used to find out about the training result, and presentation was usend to find out about participant respond. corrective make up training execute was get score in very good category. The activity of traning members was got score in good category. The data result of corrective make up from the score of pretest and posttest shows significancy differences and upgrading after the corrective make up training was done with hand out in demonstration method. The final result shows there’s a upgrading of do make up with corrective make up skill after executed to the cheerleaders team in SMAN 1 Surabaya. The respond of the participant about corrective make up training shows mean presentation in the amount 100% in very good criteria.
