PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN PERAWATAN KULIT WAJAH KERING BAGI REMAJA PUTRI KARANG TARUNA DESA BANJAR KEMUNING KECAMATAN SEDATI SIDOARJO

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengelolaan pelatihan perawatan kulit wajah kering,  2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan kulit wajah kering, 3) hasil pelatihan keterampilan perawatan kulit wajah kering, dan 4) respon remaja putri Karang Taruna di Desa Banjar Kemuning dalam melakukan perawatan kulit wajah kering. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan one shoot case study yaitu memberikan post test setelah melakukan pelatihan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama tiga kali pertemuan pada 20 peserta remaja putri Karang Taruna Desa Banjar Kemuning Kecamatan Sedati Sidoarjo dengan cara melakukan observasi oleh observer untuk menilai pengelolaan pelatihan, aktivitas peserta pelatihan, hasil keterampilan peserta pelatihan, dan angket untuk mendapatkan respon peserta pelatihan. Metode analisis menggunakan menggunakan rata-rata untuk pengelolaan pelatihan, aktivitas peserta pelatihan, hasil keterampilan peserta pelatihan dan respon peserta menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pelatihan oleh pelatih memperoleh kategori baik dan sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata terendah 2,67 dan skor rata-rata tertinggi yaitu 3,67. Aktivitas peserta pelatihan secara keseluruhan berkategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 3,45 hingga 3,85. Hasil keterampilan peserta pelatihan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,65. Seluruh respon peserta pada setiap aspek memperoleh persentase 100% respon positif.

Abstract: The objectives of this research are recognizing: 1) face skin treatment’s training implementation, 2) activities of participant, 3) result of skill face skin treatment’s training, and 4) responses of face skin treatment’s participants of youth organization people at Banjar Kemuning Village toward the face skin treatment. This research is quantitative descriptive with the research plan used to be one shoot case study which is giving post test after the treatment. Implementation of skill training was done during three days for 20 participants of women Banjar Kemuning Village youth organization at Sedati District-Sidoarjo by doing observation to evaluate the implementation of skill training, participants activities, and practice score in the end of training, also use questionnaire to get participants responses.

The research result shows that the implementation of training by the trainer got good and very good score categories with lowest average score was 2.67 and the highest was 3.67. Indeed, Participants activities got very good score in each category with average score was 3.45 until 3.85. The result of training achieved mastery 85% with 87,65 average score, so we could said the result was complete. The whole participants responses in each aspect achieved 100% of positive responses.
