Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan keterampilan membuat aksesoris merupakan hal yang diperlukan oleh siswa SMKN 2 Jombang karena belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya serta dapat meningkatkan skill siswa dalam membuat aksesoris terutama aksesoris rambut yang saat ini diminati banyak masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui aktivitas pelatih, 2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan, 3) hasil praktik siswa, dan 4) respon siswa dalam penggunaan job sheet untuk pelatihan membuat hair ornament bagi siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Jombang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian one case. Uji coba pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari pada 22 siswa SMKN 2 Jombang Jurusan Tata Rias dengan cara melakukan observasi oleh observer untuk menilai aktivitas pelatih pelatihan, aktivitas peserta, dan hasil praktik pelatihan, serta metode angket untuk mendapatkan respon peserta pelatihan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pelatih dalam pelatihan keterampilan secara keseluruhan memperoleh rata-rata nilai 4 hingga 5 dengan kategori sangat baik. Aktivitas peserta pelatihan secara keseluruhan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,9 hingga 4,2 dengan kategori baik dan sangat baik. Nilai praktik siswa memperoleh rata-rata skor 87,2 berarti tuntas dengan persentase ketuntasan 91%. Respon peserta pelatihan memperoleh respon positif sebesar 81% hingga 100%.

Abstract: Skill training of making hair accessories is the necessary thing for students of vocational school-2 Jombang because those training was never done before and also able to increase student skill in accessories production especially hair accessories/hair ornament which is loved by society nowadays. The purposes of this research are 1) knowing trainer’s activities, 2) activities of participant, 3) practice result, and 4) responses of participants in job sheet implementation for hair ornament production at vocational school-2 Jombang students.The kind of this research is quantitative descriptive and the research plan used one case. Implementation of skill training was done during two days for 22 participants of vocational school 2-Jombang students by did observation by observer to evaluate the implementation of trainer’s activities, participants activities, and practice score, also questionnaire method to get participants responses.The research result shows that trainer’s activities in skill training overall got the average score 4 till 5 which is very good category. The activity of participants got average score 3.9 till 4.2 which is good and very good category. The score of participants practical got average score 87.2 which is the result was completed and the completeness percentage was 91%. The participants responses got 81%-100% positive responses.
