Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pelatihan tata rias wajah korektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan merias wajah Ibu-ibu Bhayangkari di Polres Kediri. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada model Plomp terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Investigasi Awal, Desain, Realisasi, Tes, Evaluasi, dan Revisi, dan tahap kelima Implementasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu 30 Ibu Bhayangkari Polres Kediri berusia 25 sampai 45 tahun. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar keterlaksanaan pelatihan, aktivitas peserta pelatihan, pretest posttest peserta pelatihan, dan respon peserta pelatihan. Hasil validasi perangkat pelatihan berupa silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pelatihan, power point, handout oleh ahli validasi memenuhi kategori valid sehingga perangkat tersebut layak dipergunakan. Hasil uji coba terlihat bahwa persentase keterlaksanaan pelatihan 97% dengan kategori dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil aktivitas peserta pelatihan 100% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil respon peserta pelatihan 95,79 dengan kategori sangat layak. Terjadi peningkatan hasil pretest 67,48, posttest 93,4, gain (selisih) 25,93, dan peningkatan nyata hasil tes psikomotor dengan hasil Uji-t Ha (-24,295 > 2,046), sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada peningkatan nyata hasil tes psikomotor setelah mendapatkan pelatihan tata rias wajah korektif.

Abstract: This is a developmental study wichh aimed to design the instruments for the face-corrective makeup training to improve the makeup skills of the Bhayangkari women at Polres Kediri. This is a developmental study referred to the Plomp model, consisted of 5 (five) steps which are Preliminary Investigation, Design, Realization, Test-Evaluation-and-Revision, and Implementation. The subjects of the study are 30 Bhayangkari women at Polres Kediri, aged 25-45. The instruments of the study used the training implementation sheet, trainee activityt, trainee pre-test post-test, and trainee respond. The data collection technique used observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The instruments are validated by counting the average and categorizing them in the scale of 1 to 4, the analysis of training implementation, the analysis of trainee activity, the analysis of trainee respond, and the analysis of training effectiveness using T-test. The result of the instruments in syllabus, RPP, power point, and handout could have been categorized as valid by the experts so that the instruments are feasible to use. The result of the test showed that the percentage of the training implementation reached 97% and categorized as ‘very good.’ The result of the trainee activity reached 100% and categorized as ‘very good’. The result of trainee respond reached 95.79, categorized as ‘very feasible’. There was an improvement in the test, as the pre-test result was 67.48 and the post-test result was 93.4; which means it gained 25.93, and there was an explicit improvement in the psychomotor test result where the Ha T-test (-24.295 > 2.046), thus it can be concluded that there was an explicit improvement in the psychomotor test result after joining the face-corrective makeup training.
