PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN TATA RIAS KARAKTER EFEK LUKA BAKAR TIGA DIMENSI MELALUI PELATIHAN DI ASOSIASI PERIAS KATALIA KABUPATEN BLITAR

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) keterlaksanaan pelatihan tata rias karakter efek luka bakar tiga dimensi, 2) aktifitas peserta pelatihan tata rias karakter efek luka bakar tiga dimensi, 3) hasil peningkatan keterampilan tata rias karakter efek luka bakar tiga dimensi, 4) respon peserta pada pelatihan tata rias karakter efek luka bakar tiga dimensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian pretest dan posttest group design. Data yang didapat berupa hasil keterlaksanaan pelatihan, aktifitas peserta pelatihan, hasil pretest dan posttest peningkatan keterampilan tata rias karakter efek luka bakar tiga dimensi dan respon peserta pelatihan. Subyek penelitian 20 orang anggota asosiasi perias Katalia Kabupaten Blitar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, tes kinerja dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan rata-rata untuk keterlaksanaan pelatihan dan aktifitas peserta, hasil pelatihan menggunakan uji t dan respon peserta menggunakan persentase. Hasil analisis data P=0,00<0,05. Nilai pretest 16,65 dan posttest 35,6 sehingga terdapat peningkatan keterampilan tata rias karakter efek luka bakar tiga dimensi setelah dilakukan pelatihan dengan metode demonstrasi. Respon peserta terhadap pelatihan keterampilan tata rias karakter efek luka bakar tiga dimensi menunjukkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract: This research aims to find out: 1) the implementation of three dimensional burn makeup training, 2) the activity of the three dimensional burn makeup participants, 3) the result of three dimensional burn makeup enhancement, and 4) the participants’ response to the three dimensional burn makeup training. This research is a experimental research using pretest and posttest group design. The data is obtained from the result of training implementation, the activity done by the training participants, the result of pretest and posttest, the enhancement of three dimensional burn makeup skill, and the response of the training participants. 20 members of Katalia’s makeup artist association in Blitar becomes the subject of the study. In order to collect the data, several methods such as observation, performance tests, and questionnaire are used. In order to analyze the data, average value is used to find out the training management and participants activity. For the result of the training, t-test is applied. Lastly, percentage is used to get to know the participants’ response. The result P=0,00<0,05. Pretest score with 16,65 and posttest with 35,6 so that there is an enhancement in the skill of creating three dimensional burn makeup after the training with demonstration method. The participants’ response on the training of three dimensional burn makeup shows an average percentage of 100% which belongs very good criterion.
