PEMANFAATAN VIDEO TUTORIAL RIAS WAJAH KARAKTER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MERIAS WAJAH BAGI SISWA TATA KECANTIKAN RAMBUT SMK NEGERI 1 SOOKO

Abstract

Abstrak: Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sooko belum memiliki kemampuan rias wajah karakter, khususunya tata rias wajah karakter Mak Lampir. Video tutorial dimaksudkan untuk mendukung pencapaian kemampuan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; 1) pelaksanaan pelatihan; 2) aktivitas siswa; 3) hasil pelatihan; dan 4) respon siswa terhadap pelatihan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan rancangan pre-test dan post-test group. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI Tata Kecantikan Rambut SMKN 1 Sooko yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan angket. Instrumen penelitian dengan lembar observasi, lembar tes berupa tes uji kompetensi dan tes kinerja keterampilan, serta lembar angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rerata, uji t, dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan memperoleh  nilai rata-rata 3,72 (baik). Aktivitas siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,8 (baik). Ada perbedaan hasil uji kognitif dan psikomotor sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Rata-rata persentase respon siswa adalah 97% (sangat baik). Kesimpulannya bahwa pelatihan rias wajah karakter dapat meningkatkan kemampuan rias wajah karakter baik dinilai dari aspek kognitf maupun aspek psikomotor siswa.

Abstract: Students of SMK Negeri 1 Sooko do not yet have the character makeup skills, especially makeup character of Mak Lampir. Video tutorials intended to support students achievement. The purposes of this study to find out are; 1) training implementation; 2) student activity; 3) training results; and 4) student responses to training. This type of research is pre-experimental with pre-test design and post-test group. The subjects of the study are XIth grade Hairstyling Class of SMK Negeri 1 Sooko that amounted of 28 students. Data collection methods using observations, tests, and questionnaires. Research instruments with observation sheets, test sheets in the form of competency test and skill performance test, also questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using avarage, t test, and percentage. The results indicate that the training implementation obtained an average score 3,72 (good). Student activity earned an average score of 3,8 (good). There are differences in cognitive and  psychomotor test results before and after  training. Average percentage of student response is 97% (very much). The conclusion that the character makeup training can improve  the character makeup skills both assessed from the cognitive aspects as well as psychomotor aspects of the students.
