PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERDASARKAN MASALAH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR RIAS WAJAH KARAKTER CACAT DI SMK NEGERI 6 SURABAYA

ABSTRAK
Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di SMK 6 Surabaya masih berpusat pada guru, sehingga siswa belum terbiasa memecahkan masalah secara mandiri. Siswa kurang mampu dalam merumuskan dan memecahkan masalah. Siswa kurang terbiasa menghubungkan dan mengaplikasikan pelajaran pada situasi baru. Hal tersebut menjadikan alasan peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah untuk rias wajah karakter cacat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: 1) keterlaksanaan sintak model pembelajaran, 2) aktivitas siswa, 3) hasil belajar kognitif dan psikomotor, dan 4) respon siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre Experimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII tata kecantikan kulit 1 SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya sebanyak 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, test, dan angket. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan sintak model pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah terlaksana dengan baik yang meliputi kegiatan awal, inti dan penutup. Aktivitas siswa SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya sangat aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil belajar Kognitif siswa diperoleh rata-rata pretest (76,03) dan posttest (84,51) berbeda secara signifikan probabilitas < 0,05 dengan uji t sebesar (8,169). Begitu juga hasil belajar Psikomotor siswa diperoleh rata-rata pretest (78,51) dan posttest (83,62) berbeda secara signifikan probabilitas < 0,05 dengan uji t (8,658). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Respon siswa yang diamati oleh dua observer terhadap pembelajaran dikategorikan sangat baik.

ABSTRACT
The Learning Model applied in SMK 6 Surabaya is still focused on the teacher, so that students are not used to solve the problem independently. Students are less to able formulate and solve the problems. Students are less accustomed to connect and apply the lessons learned in new situations. That is make researchers rationale apply learning models based on problems to makeup flaw character. Objective Research to find out: 1) fulfilled the learning model syntax 2) activity of the students, 3) results of cognitive and psychomotor learning, and 4) student response. This type of research use Pre Experimental design with One Group Pretest – Posttest Design. The subject of research is the class XII skin beauty (1) students of SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya, as much as 27 students. Data collection techniques using observation, test, and the question form. This research data analysis using t-test and descriptive. The result showed fulfilled the a learning syntax model by problem based is performing well, including initial activities, core and cover. The activity of students in SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya was very active during the learning process. Cognitive students learning result obtained an average of pretest (76,03) and posttest (84,51) it's different by Probability significant < 0,05 with t-test for (8,169). As a result psychomotor students learning is, pretest (78,51) and posttest (83,62) it's different by probability significant < 0,05 with t-test (8,658). It showed there are influences the application of learning model based on the problem with students learning outcomes. Students response those in observed by two observers the study of categorized is very well.
