Effective December 2026, Language Horizon has updated its publication policies and fee structures as follows:

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Following the successful completion of the peer review process, accepted manuscripts are subject to an APC of IDR 300,000. This fee covers the costs associated with rigorous peer review, professional production, and online dissemination. Payment may be settled by the authors themselves, their respective institutions, or their funding organizations.

Financial Support and Waivers

We are committed to supporting diverse research communities through the following assistance programs:

• International Collaborations: Full waivers are available for research projects involving international collaboration.

• UNESA Affiliation: Authors affiliated with Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) are eligible for a 50% discount.

Open Access Policy

Language Horizon maintains a fully open-access model, ensuring that all published research is immediately and freely accessible to a global audience without restrictions. All content is distributed under an open license, permitting others to distribute, adapt, and build upon the work—including for commercial purposes—provided that the original authors are properly credited and the derivative work is shared under the same license.
