TRANSFORMASI SISTEM PENDIDIKAN FULL DAY SCHOOL DI ERA GLOBALISASI

Sebagai sistem sosial, lembaga pendidikan memiliki fungsi dan peran dalam perubahan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Kedudukan pendidikan dalam struktur sosial memiliki peranan yang penting, karena pendidikan dapat dikatakan sebagai agent of change, karena melalui pendidikan, ide-ide atau gagasan baru untuk mencetak sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas muncul. Secara empiris, penelitian ini berusaha mengupas tentang bagaimana sebuah proses transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, yang tentunya tidak lepas dari sinergi antara struktur dengan agen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi Edmund Husserl dengan pisau analisis Teori Strukturalis Anthony Giddens. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah penentu kebijakan dari proses transformasi itu sendiri yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru, sebagai pelaksana dari aplikasi metode pembelajaran di MINU(Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdratul Ulama) KH. Mukmin. Pemilihan informan dilakukan secara purpossive. Data diperoleh melalui Observasi, Indepth Interview serta dokumentasi.Dalam perubahannya menjadi full day school, ikut disertai juga perubahan struktur organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan khususnya dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan lebih mengarah pada student center. Dan variasi pembelajaran diperoleh dari pengadopsian sistem pembelajaran Negara Barat.Kata Kunci: Transformasi full day school, pembelajaran

Abstract

As a social system, the institution has its function and role in the change of a better society. The position of education in social structure has an important role, because education can be said to be an agent of change, because through education, ideas or new ideas to print high quality human resources appears. Empirically, this research seeks to peel about how a process of transformation in the world of education, which must not be separated from the synergy between structure and agency. This research is qualitative research with Edmund Husserl Phenomenological approach to the theory of Post-structuralist analysis of blade of Anthony Giddens. The focus of this research study is the determinant of the transformation process of the policy itself, which principals and teachers, as executor of the application method of teaching in MINU (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdratul Ulama) KH. Mukmin. Selection of informants is done in purpossive. Data obtained through observation, Indepth Interview and documentation.In the changes for the full day school, participated along with also a change of organizational structure, leadership, and in particular in the application of the method of learning. The learning methods used on student center. And learning variation obtained from the adoption of a learning system of Western countries.Keywords: transformation of full day school, learning
