EKSISTENSI SURVIVOR PEREMPUAN EKS KORBAN KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (KDRT) PADA KOMUNITAS SEKAR ARUM KABUPATEN JOMBANG

 Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang fenomena kekerasan dalam keluaraga yaitu kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh suami terhadap istri. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kota Jombang yang identik dengan sebutan kota santri namun dalam realitasnya tindak kekerasan dalam lingkup rumah tangga masih tergolong cukup tinggi. Suami yang seharusnya menjadi panutan atau imam dan menjadi contoh yang baik dalam keluarga justru melakukan perbuatan yang menyimpang dari ajaran agama maupun norma-norma sosial. Adapun dampak yang diakibatkan dari tindak kekerasan (fisik. psikis, dan ekonomi) tersebut sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap kondisi ketidakharmonisan dalam keluarga, namun yang menjadi pertanyaan mengapa kondisi tersebut masih dipertahankan oleh istri. Dari pijakan itulah ada ketertarikan peneliti untuk mengkaji fenomena tersebut dengan fokus permasalahan yakni mencari latar belakang dari penyebab terjadinya kekerasan, berusaha memahami proses tersebut terjadi, apa yang menjadi pertimbangan korban untuk mempertahankan kondisi keluarganya, serta bagaimana kondisi keluarga setelah memutuskan tetap survive dengan suaminya dan tergabung dalam sebuah komunitas yang bernama Sekar Arum. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi dari Alfred Schutz yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan melukiskan kehidupan sehari-hari atau dunia kehidupan sebagaimana disadari oleh aktor.

Abstract

This research examines the phenomenon of domestic violence, which is violence perpetrated by husbands againt wives. This research was conducted because of Jombang City the identical as boarding city but in reality violent acts in scope household appertain still high. The husband should be arole model or a priest and be a good example in the family thus perform acts that deviate from the teaching of both religiaous and sicial norms.  As for the impacts resulting from acts of violence (physical, phychological, and economic) is so big its effects on the condition of disharmony in the family, but the question as to why the condition is still maintened by his wife. Of the footing that there is an interest of researchers to study such phenomena with a focus problem namely looking background of the cause of the occurrence of violence, trying to understand the process that occurs, what is the consideration of the victim in order to maintain the condition of his family, as well as how family conditions after resolve the survive with her husband and joined in a community named Sekar Arum. The theory used in this research is the phenomenology of Alfred Schutz aimed at analyzing and describing everyday life or living world as realized by the actor.
