Background: The nutritional status of toddlers is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of their growth and development. Poor physical activity is thought to contribute to stunting, wasting, underweight, and overweight in toddlers.Purpose: this study is to examine the association between the nutritional health of toddlers in Tanjunganom Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency, who are between the ages of 24 and 59 months, and mothers' knowledge of screen time duration and physical activity. Methods: The study used a cross-sectional methodology and an observational analytical design. Purposive sampling was used to choose 108 women with toddlers between the ages of 24 and 59 months for the study sample. A mother knowledge questionnaire, a screen time questionnaire, and the Early Years Physical Activity Questionnaire (EY-PAQ) were used to gather data. Anthropometric indices were used to measure nutritional status in accordance with WHO guidelines. The Spearman rank test was employed in bivariate analysis. Result: The study found no significant association between mothers’ knowledge and toddlers’ nutritional status (p = 0.670), screen time duration and toddlers’ nutritional status (p = 0.649), or physical activity duration and toddlers’ nutritional status (p = 0.286). Conclusion: Parental monitoring of screen time length is essential for health to support normal child growth and development and the nutritional status of toddlers, even though no statistically significant link was found.
