KEPUASAN KERJA PEREMPUAN YANG BEKERJA SEBAGAI SATPAM

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh lingkungan terhadap kepuasan kerja perempuan yang bekerja sebagai satpam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Partisipan penelitian ini merupakan lima satpam perempuan yang bekerja di Surabaya dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Fenomenologis Interpretatif (AFI). Hasil Penelitian menghasilkan dua tema besar. Tema besar pertama adalah gambaran kepuasan kerja, dengan tiga sub tema yaitu perasaan berarti, tanggung jawab, dan pengetahuan terhadap hasil kerja. Tema besar kedua adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, dengan tiga sub tema yaitu lingkungan kerja, pekerjaan satpam, dan pengalaman yang diperoleh.

Abstract
This study aims to describe about job satisfaction and enviromental impact on the satisfaction women as security officer. This method used qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Participants are five female security who fit the identified criteria. This data obtains throught semi-structured interview and observation. Data analysis was used Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (AFI). The result of the study offered two major themes. First major theme is described jpb satisfaction with three sub-themes, namelygood sense, responsbility, knowledge of the work. Second major themes is the factors that affect job satisfaction with three sub-themes, namely work environment, work as security, and experience gained.Keywoards: Job Satisfaction, Woman, Security officer
