HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN DISIPLIN KERJA PADA GURU SMK NEGERI X DI SURABAYA

Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan disiplin kerja dari guru SMK Negeri X di Surabaya. Guru kejuruan dan mata pelajaran yang berjumlah 141 adalah populasi pada penelitian. Pada penelitian ini sampel penelitian berjumlah 101. Kuisioner kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis product moment digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki oleh guru dengan disiplin kerja pada guru di SMK Negeri X di Surabaya dengan hasil 0.774 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.00 atau (p0.05). Hasil yang diperoleh diketahui memiliki arti hubungan yang berbanding lurus yaitu semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki guru maka akan semakin tinggi pula disiplin kerja pada guru. Peningkatan disiplin kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kera yang dimiliki oleh guru.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and work discipline of the SMK Negeri X teachers in Surabaya. Vocational teachers and subjects totaling 141 were the population in the study. In this study the research sample was 101. Job satisfaction questionnaires and work discipline were used as data collection tools.analysis is Product moment used to analyze the data obtained. The results of the research that have been done show that there is a relationship between job satisfaction possessed by teachers and work discipline of teachers at State Vocational School X in Surabaya with a result of 0.774 with a significance of 0.00 or (p. 05). The results obtained are known to have a direct proportional relationship meaning that the higher job satisfaction possessed by the teacher, the higher the work discipline of the teacher. Increased work discipline can be influenced by teacher satisfaction.
