HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR DENGAN PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK PADA SISWA KELAS XI DI SMA X

Abstrak
Pada bidang akademik perilaku menunda pekerjaan atau tugas dalam psikologi disebut sebagai prokrastinasi akademik. Fenomena prokrastinasi akademik sering ditemukan pada peserta didik atau siswa dari berbagai tingkatan, seperti sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Bentuk prokrastinasi ada berbagai jenis diantaranya, mengerjakan tugas saat tenggat waktu pengumpulan, menunda pekerjaan dengan melakukan kegiatan lain yang kurang bermanfaat, bermalas-malasan, dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini menggunakan faktor yang mempengaruhi tindakan prokrastinasi akademik, yaitu self-regulated learning . Tujuannya untuk memperoleh data mengenai hubungan kemandirian belajar dan prokrastinasi akademik. Metode penelitiannya adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dan teknik korelasi product moment. Populasi 244 siswa dari total jumlah siswa kelas XI SMA X sebagai sebaran sumber data. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Peneliti menemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara prokrastinasi akademik dan kemandirian belajar pada siswa kelas IX di SMA X. Nilai koefisien korelasi penelitian -0, 764 (rhitung > 0,000) menunjukkan kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang rendah. Siswa XI di SMA X memiliki kemandirian belajar dengan tingkatan tinggi dengan prokrastinasi akademik tingkat sedang. Jenis kelamin dan jurusan siswa tidak mempengaruhi kemandirian belajar dan prokrastinasi akademik.

Abstract
In the academic field, the behavior of delaying work or tasks in psychology is referred to as academic procrastination. The phenomenon of academic procrastination is often found in students from various levels, such as elementary school to college. There are various forms of procrastination including, doing assignments during the collection deadline, postponing work by doing other activities that are less useful, being lazy, and so on. This study uses factors that influence the act of academic procrastination, namely self-regulated learning. The aim is to obtain data regarding the relationship between learning independence and academic procrastination. The research method is a quantitative method with a correlational approach and product moment correlation techniques. The population of 244 students from the total number of students in class XI SMA X as the distribution of data sources. The technique used for sampling is using a saturated sampling technique. The researcher found a significant relationship between academic procrastination and learning independence in grade IX students at SMA X. The correlation coefficient value of the study was -0.764 (rcount > 0.000) indicating that the two variables had a low relationship. XI students at SMA X have a high level of independent learning with moderate academic procrastination. Gender and student majors do not affect learning independence and academic procrastination.
