PERAN DINAS PERINDUSTRIAN DAN PERDAGANGAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN TINGKAT PRODUKSI DAN TINGKAT PENDAPATAN UKM LEDRE PISANG DI DESA DUKOHLOR KECAMATAN MALO KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

UKM ledre pisang merupakan UKM yang mengolah makanan khas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dalam perkembangannya UKM ini memiliki tiga pokok permasalahan yaitu permasalahan permodalan, permasalahan pengemasan, dan permasalahan pemasaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan melakukan program-program seperti pelatihan dan bantuan alat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dalam meningkatkan potensi UKM Ledre Pisang di Desa Dukohlor Kecamatan Malo Kabupaten Bojonegoro dan menganalisis hasil dari program-program yang dilakukan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dalam meningkatkan potensi UKM Ledre Pisang di Desa Dukohlor Kecamatan Malo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat, serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diteliti. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dihitung. Data tersebut diperoleh melalui angket dan wawancara yang diberikan kepada responden yaitu para pengusaha UKM ledre pisang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dalam meningkatkan potensi UKM ledre pisang adalah berupa pelatihan dan bantuan alat. Kemudian hasil program yang telah dilakukan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan berperan sebesar 17%  dalam meningkatkan tingkat produksi dan 45% dalam meningkatkan tingkat pendapatan para pengusaha ledre pisang di Desa Dukohlor.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises of Ledre Pisang are Small and Medium Enterprises typical food processing Bojonegoro. In the development of Small and Medium Enterprises have three main issues, namely the problem of capital, the problems of packaging, and marketing problems. To overcome these problems, Industrial and Trading Department to carry out programs such as giving the training or coaching and helps of the equipment. This study is purposed to analyze Industrial and Trading Department’s role in increasing the potential of Small and Medium Enterprises of Ledre Pisang in Dukohlor village Malo Sub district Bojonegoro Regency and analyze the results of the programs that had been done by Industrial and Trading Department in increasing the potential of Small and Medium Enterprises of Ledre Pisang in Dukohlor village Malo Sub District Bojonegoro Regency. The method that is used in this study is Quantitative method with descriptive study type which is purposed to make the description, systematical picture, factual, accurate facts, characteristics, and the connection in the phenomenon appeared in the study. The type of the data that is used is Quantitative data, which is the data in the form of number that can be calculated. That data is gained by the questionnaire and direct interview given to the respondent that are the entrepreneurs of Small and Medium Enterprises of Ledre Pisang. Result of the study shows that the role of Industrial and Trading Department in increasing the potential of Small and Medium Enterprises of Ledre Pisang are by giving the training or coaching and by the helps of the equipment. Then the result of the program done by Industrial and Trading Department shows that Industrial and Trading Department has a role in 17% in increasing the production and 45% in increasing the income of Ledre Pisang’s entrepreneur in Dukohlor village.
