PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN KOPERASI DAN PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KOPERASI MAHASISWA (KOPMA) UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

Pendidikan koperasi merupakan salah satu prinsip dan kewajiban bagi koperasi. Oleh sebab itu, anggota berhak mendapat pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang koperasi untuk dipersiapkan menjadi penerus anggota koperasi yang lebih baik. Partisipasi anggota merupakan peran serta semua anggota dalam menjalankan kegiatannya untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam hal ini, koperasi harus mampu menjaring banyak partisipasi dari anggotanya, mulai dari yang terrendah sampai yang tertinggi, sehingga partisipasi anggotanya dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Partisipasi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi dalam permodalan, rapat anggota, dan pemanfaatan usaha koperasi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan koperasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya, dan mengetahui tingkat partisipasi anggota koperasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif persentase, metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan masing-masing variabel dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Kuesioner atau angket disebarkan pada 92 anggota koperasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya sebagai responden dalam bentuk kuesioner tertutup.Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskripsi persentase yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan koperasi di koperasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya dalam kategori cenderung baik. Sedangkan partisipasi anggota dalam kategori cenderung cukup.

Abstract

Cooperative education is one of the principles and obligations for cooperatives. Therefore, members are entitled to get knowledge and understanding of cooperatives to be prepared to become better successors of cooperative members. Member participation is the role of all members in carrying out their activities to achieve common goals. In this case, the cooperative must be able to capture a lot of participation from its members, ranging from the lowest to the highest, so that the participation of its members can be achieved optimally. Participation referred to in this study is participation in capital, member meetings, and utilization of cooperative bussineses. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of cooperative education carried out by the Student Cooperative of State University of Surabaya, and to know the level of participation of members of the Student Cooperative of State University of Surabaya.The method used in this research is percentage descriptive analysis, this method is used to describe each variable with a quantitative approach. Data collected using questionnaire and documentation techniques. Questionnaires or questionnaires were distributed to 92 members the Student Cooperative of State University of Surabaya as respondents in the form a closed questionnaire.Based on the results of the percentage description analysis that has been done, shows that cooperative education in the Student Cooperative of State University of Surabaya the category tends to be good. While the participation of members in the category tends to be sufficient.
