PENGARUH PAJAK HOTEL DAN PAJAK RESTORAN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) KOTA BATU

Abstract

The aim of thid research are to know: (1) how much the influence of the hotel tax to local revenues (PAD) of Batu, (2) how much the influence of the restaurant tax to local revenues (PAD) of Batu, and (3) does the hotel and restaurant tax jointly affect to local revenues (PAD) of Batu. Type of research that used is quantitative study. The process be described by interpreting the data that has been processed. The data used in this study is a time series data during 2003 to 2013, includes data on the amount of hotel and restaurant tax and local revenues (PAD) of Batu. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research showed hotel tax has unsignificance effect to local revenues (PAD). This case also happened to restaurant tax. Hotel tax and restaurant tax has unsignificant effect jointly to local revenues (PAD) of Batu.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh pajak hotel terhadap pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) kota Batu, (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh pajak restoran terhadap pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) kota Batu dan (3) Apakah pajak hotel dan pajak restoran secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) kota Batu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Prosesnya berupa mendeskripsikan dengan cara menginterpretasikan data yang telah diolah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data time series (runtut waktu) selama tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2013 meliputi data: jumlah pajak hotel, pajak restoran dan pendapatan asli daerah kota Batu. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda.   Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pajak hotel secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD. Demikian pula halnya dengan pajak restoran. Pajak hotel dan pajak restoran secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD.
