About the Journal
Jurnal Kesehatan Olahraga is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Department of Health and Recreation Education, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). This journal aims to disseminate high-quality research and studies in the field of sports health, promoting scientific knowledge and practical applications in sports science.
The journal publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and case studies covering various aspects of sports health, including but not limited to:
- Sports physiology and performance enhancement
- Injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Sports nutrition and supplementation
- Sports psychology and mental health
- Physical activity and public health
- Fitness training and exercise science
We publish two issues annually in June and December.
