PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA FLIPBOOK UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN VOKASIONAL TATA RIAS BAGI PESERTA DIDIK DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL

Pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional tata rias bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kemandirian serta rasa percaya diri peserta didik disabilitas intelektual dalam merawat diri melalui aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media flipbook pada pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional tata rias serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan kepraktisannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket. Subjek uji coba meliputi ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media flipbook memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 97% dari ahli materi, 96% dari ahli media, serta tingkat kepraktisan sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, media flipbook dinyatakan layak dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional tata rias bagi peserta didik disabilitas intelektual. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu membantu peserta didik memahami fungsi alat rias dan kosmetik serta langkah-langkah rias wajah sehari-hari secara sistematis. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan media flipbook materi rias wajah sehari-hari yang mengintegrasikan audio, video tutorial, serta penjelasan kegunaan alat dan kosmetik dalam satu media interaktif untuk peserta didik disabilitas intelektual.

Abstract
Vocational skills learning in cosmetology is beneficial for enhancing the independence and self-confidence of students with intellectual disabilities in self-care through daily activities. This study aims to develop flipbook media for vocational skills learning in cosmetology and to determine its level of feasibility and practicality. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection instruments consisted of questionnaires. Trial subjects included material experts, media experts, and practitioners. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis in the form of percentages. The results showed that the flipbook media obtained a feasibility percentage of 97% from material experts, 96% from media experts, and a practicality level of 94%, all categorized as highly feasible. Thus, the flipbook media is declared feasible and practical for use in vocational skills learning in cosmetology for students with intellectual disabilities. The implications of this study include helping students understand the functions of makeup tools and cosmetics as well as the steps of daily facial makeup in a systematic manner. The novelty of this research lies in the development of flipbook media on daily facial makeup material that integrates audio, video tutorials, and explanations of the uses of tools and cosmetics in a single interactive medium for students with intellectual disabilities.
