PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TEH KOMBUCHA TERHADAP KADAR ASAM URAT SERUM DARAH Rattus norvegicus (THE INFLUENCE OF KOMBUCHA TEA CONCENTRATION ON URIC ACIDS Rattus novergicus SERUM)

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian teh kombucha terhadap kadar asam urat serum darah Rattus norvegicus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan (true experiment). Penentuan kadar asam urat menggunakan metode fotometrik enzimatis dari serum darah Rattus norvegicus yang diperlakukan dengan dosis asupan teh kombucha masing-masing dilakukan terhadap 4 kelompok dengan dosis 0 ml/hari, 5 ml/hari, 8 ml/hari, dan 11 ml/hari. Tiap kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor tikus putih jantan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teh kombucha yang diberikan kepada Rattus norvegicus dengan dosis asupan 5 ml/hari, 8 ml/hari, dan 11 ml/hari memiliki potensi menurunkan kadar asam urat dengan nilai berturut-turut 50,33%, 54,00%, dan 26,17%. Berdasarkan hasil anava satu arah yang dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD dalam Post Hoc Test menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian teh kombucha terhadap kadar asam urat serum Rattus norvegicus, dan semua dosis memiliki p < 0,05 terhadap kontrol.

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of kombucha tea on the levels of uric acids in the blood serum of Rattus norvegicus. This research include to the true experiments. The concentration of uric acid is determained used photometric enzimatis method. The measurement of uric acid from the blood serum of Rattus norvegicus is treated towards 4 groups with a dose of kombucha tea intake for groups are 0 ml/day, 5 ml/day, 8 ml/days, and 11 ml/day. Each group consist of 5 male white rats. The results of this research showed that kombucha tea that is given to the Rattus norvegicus with dose intake of 5 ml/day, 8 bml/day, and 11 ml/day has the linier potential reduce the levels of uric acid with the value respectively 50.33%, 54.00% and 26.17%. Based on the results of one-way Anova that is continued by LSD test in the Post Hoc Test showed that there were effects of kombucha tea on the levels of uric acid Rattus norvegicus serum, and all doses have p < 0.05 of the control.
