PENGARUH KONSENTRASI ENZIM OPTIMUM PADA PEMBENTUKKAN N-ASETILGLUKOSAMIN

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi enzim optimum pada pembentukkan senyawa N-asetilglukosamin ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah N-asetilglukosamin yang dihasilkan yang dinyatakan dalam presentase. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan N-asetilglukosamin berdasarkan kurva standar yang ditentukan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan konsentrasi enzim optimum 2,4 U/mL merupakan konsentrasi enzim optimum yang menghasilkan senyawa N-asetilglukosamin sebesar 4 %.

Abstract. The aim of this experiment were to know the optimal enzyme concentration on the formation of N-acetylglucosamine is determined based on the amount of N-acetylglucosamine produced expressed in percentage. The method used to determine the N-acetylglucosamine is based on a standard curve that is determined UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed the optimum enzyme concentration of 2.4 U / mL is the optimum enzyme concentration of N-acetylglucosamine yield of 4 %.
