HUBUNGAN ANTARA BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI BAGIAN CIRCULAR LOOM DI PT X SIDOARJO

Abstrak
Komitmen organisasi merupakan keinginan karyawan untuk bertahan lama dalam suatu organisasi, serta memiliki rasa ketertarikan dengan tujuan dan nilai-nilai yang ada di organisasi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi rendah atau tingginya komitmen organisasi pada karyawan ialah budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan produksi bagian circular loom di PT X Sidoarjo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. X Sidoarjo dengan subjek sejumlah 139 karyawan produksi bagian circular loom. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil dari analisis tersebut ialah nilai signifikansi budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi ialah sebesar 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 yang memiliki makna bahwa terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0,538 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang sehingga menujukkan bahwa semakin baik karyawan memaknai budaya organisasi, maka akan semakin tinggi juga komitmen organisasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan produksi bagian circular loom di PT X Sidoarjo.

Abstract
Organizational commitment is desire employees to last in an organization and having an interest wirh purpose and values that is in an organization. One factor that can affect low or high commitment organization on employees organization is cultural organization. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment to the circular loom production employees at PT X Sidoarjo. The data collection method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to scale organizational commitment and corporate culture. This research was conducted at PT. X Sidoarjo with a subject as many as 139 employees producing a circular loom section. Data analysis in this study used Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The result of this analysis was that the significance value of organizational culture and organizational commitment was 0.000, which means less than 0.05, which means that there was a relationship between corporate culture and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test showed a correlation coefficient of 0.538 which was included in the moderate category so that it showed that the better employees interpret organizational culture, the higher the organizational commitment of the circular loom production employees at PT X Sidoarjo.
