HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN LOYALITAS KERJA PADA MARKETING KONTRAK PT. X CABANG SURABAYA

Abstrak
Kewajiban pekerja dalam suatu perusahaan memunculkan banyak fenomena di lingkungan pekerjaan. Fenomena tersebut dapat berbentuk fenomena positif maupun fenomena negatif. Fenomena kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu fenomena positif dalam perusahaan. Akomodasi, lingkungan pekerjaan dan beban pekerjaan menjadi faktor yang menyebabkan fenomena ini muncul. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas kerja di PT. X cabang Surabaya. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan probability cluster sampling dengan karakteristik telah berkerja sebagai marketing kontrak PT. X, minimal satu tahun. Jumlah subjek penelitian mencapai 30 orang dengan data diperoleh melalui instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disusun menggunakan turunan dari indikator loyalitas kerja dan indikator kepuasan kerja. Teknik analisa data parametrik dilakukan dengan Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh korelasi senilai 0,808. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang kuat antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas kerja pada marketing kontrak PT. X.

Abstract
The obligations of workers in a company give rise to many phenomena in the work environment. This phenomenon can be in the form of a positive phenomenon or a negative phenomenon. The phenomenon of job satisfaction is one of the positive phenomena in the company. Accommodation, work environment and workload are factors that cause this phenomenon to appear. This research aims to determine the relation of job satisfaction and job loyalty at PT. X Surabaya branch. The sampling method of this research uses probability cluster sampling with characteristic of has worked as marketing contract minimum a year. The amount of research subjects reached 30 people with data obtained through a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire arranged using derivatives of job loyal indicators and job satisfaction indicators. Parametric data analysis techniques were performed using pearson product moment. The results of this study obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.808. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between job satisfaction and job loyalty on the marketing contract of PT. X Surabaya branch.
