HUBUNGAN KONFLIK PERAN GANDA DENGAN STRESS KERJA PADA GURU SMA DI KABUPATEN X

Abstrak
Perubahan sisem pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 membuat para guru harus mengalami banyak penyesuaian dan berdampak pada stress kerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA di Kabupaten X. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria guru wanita yang sudah menikah dengan minimal usia pernikahan empat tahun, mempunyai anak yang bersekolah dibangku TK hingga SMA, berstatus sebagai guru tetap, dan bekerja di SMA swasta pada kabupaten X. Sehinga didapatkan sampel berjumlah 75 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala konflik peran ganda oleh Greenhaus dan Beutell (1985) dan skala stres kerja oleh Robbins dan Judge (2011). Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS 25 for windows. Nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh dari hasil uji korelasi tersebut yakni 0.000 atau (p<.0.05) yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel konflik peran ganda dan stress kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hasil analisis data memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.878 atau (r=0.878) yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA di Kabupaten X.

Abstract
Changes in the education system during the Covid-19 pandemic have forced teachers to undergo many adjustments and have an impact on teacher work stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and work stress on high school teachers in District X. This type of research is a quantitative study. The population in this study were 93 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with the criteria of female teachers who were married with a minimum age of four years of marriage, had children who attended kindergarten to high school, status as permanent teachers, and worked in private high schools in district X. So that a sample of 75 people is obtained. The instruments used in this study are the multiple role conflict scale by Greenhaus and Beutell (1985) and the work stress scale by Robbins and Judge (2011). Data analysis in this study uses Product Moment correlation with the help of the SPSS 25 for windows program. The significance value obtained from the correlation test results is 0.000 or (p < .0.05) which indicates that the multiple role conflict variable and work stress have a significant relationship. The results of data analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.878 or (r=0.878) which indicates that there is a very strong relationship between dual role conflict and work stress for high school teachers in District X.
