HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT. X DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstrak
Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan banyak perusahaan merugi dan tidak mampu memenuhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT.X di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 219 karyawan PT.X. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian menggunakan sampling kuota, dalam menentukan jumlah subjek penelitian digunakan perhitungan rumus Slovin dan didapatkan jumlah subjek sebanyak 69 karyawan. Analisis data penelitian yang diuji menggunakan uji Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS 24 for windows. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r=0,799 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. X di masa pandemi Covid-19. Nilai positif pada koefisien korelasi (r) memiliki arti ketika kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan meningkat, maka kepuasan kerja karyawan juga meningkat. Sebaliknya, ketika kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan menurun maka kepuasan kerja karyawan juga akan menurun.

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic caused many companies to lose money, and it was unable to fulfill employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality of work-life and job satisfaction of PT.X employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used the quantitative correlational method. The population in this study consisted of 219 employees of PT.X. The sampling technique in this study used quota sampling. Determining the number of research subjects used the Slovin formula calculation, and it obtained the number of subjects as many as 69 employees. The research data analysis was tested using the Pearson Product Moment test, and it was supported by SPSS 24 for windows. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the correlation coefficient r=0.799 and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05). It showed a significant relationship between the quality of work-life and job satisfaction for the PT. X employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. A positive value on the correlation coefficient (r) means that when the quality of work-life employees increases, employees' job satisfaction also increases. On the other hand, when the quality of the work-life employees decreases, employees' job satisfaction will also decrease.
