HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKLIM ORGANISASI DENGAN SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI PADA PERUSAHAAN X

Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan semangat kerja karyawan produksi. Sejumlah 90 karyawan produksi menjadi bagian dari subyek pada penelitian ini yang terdiri dari 30 karyawan dalam kelompok Tryout dan 60 karyawan dalam kelompok penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode kuantitaf dengan bentuk penelitian korelasional. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25.0 for windows. Jenis instrumen yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengambilan data yaitu skala likert. Hasil analisis data uji korelasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,527 (r=0,257) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p< 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil, dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan semangat kerja karyawan produksi dengan arah hubungan yang positif. Artinya, kedua variabel berjalan searah dimana semakin baik iklim organisasi maka semakin baik pula semangat kerjanya. Jika iklim organisasi tidak mendukung dan karyawan produksi cenderung tidak nyaman dengan lingkungan kerja, maka semangat kerjanya pun ikut menurun.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the organizational climate and the spirit of work of production employees. A total of 90 production employees were part of the subjects in the study consisting of 30 employees in the Tryout group and 60 employees in the research group. The method used in the research is the kuantitaf method with the form of correlational research. Data analysis in this study used pearson product moment correlation using the help of SPSS 25.0 program for windows. The type of instrument used by researchers in data retrieval is the likert scale. The result of correlation test data analysis in this study was 0.527 (r = 0.257) with a significance value of 0.000 (p< 0.05). Based on the results, it can be said that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and the spirit of work of production employees with a positive relationship direction. That is, both variables go in the direction where the better the organizational climate, the better the spirit of work. If the organizational climate is not supportive and production employees tend to be uncomfortable with the work environment, then the spirit of work also decreases.
