HUBUNGAN ANTARA ATTACHMENT (KELEKATAN) ORANG TUA DENGAN KEMANDIRIAN EMOSIONAL PADA REMAJA JALANAN

Remaja jalanan dilihat dari beberapa penelitian terdahulu, nampak rentan tumbuh dengan perilaku yang beresiko. Attachment (kelakatan) memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap bagaimana anak akan melihat dan menghadapi lingkungan sosial yang lebih luas pada tahap perkembangan yang selanjutnya, salah satu pengaruh penting pembentukan attachment yang aman adalah terbentuknya kemandirian emosi pada anak remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara Attachment orang tua dengan kemandirian emosional Remaja Jalanan di wilayah kabupaten Sidoarjo-Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 anak jalanan dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 subjek dengan karakteristik rentang usia 12-18 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah skala Attachment dan skala kemandirian emosional. Skala disusun sesuai dengan teori-teori yang sesuai dengan setiap variabel serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menggunakan teknik Correlation Product Moment menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.462, dari kesimpulan tersebut terdapat hubungan positif antara attachment orang tua dengan kemandirian emosi remaja jalanan namun pada tingkat korelasi yang lemah, dengan simpulan semakin tinggi attachment orang tua maka semakin tinggi pula kemandirian emosi remaja jalanan.

Abstract

Street teenagers, by some previous research, appear to be vulnerable to growing up with risky behaviors. The attachment has a great influence on how the child will see and face the wider social environment at the next stage of development, one of the important influences of the formation of secure attachments is the formation of emotional autonomy in adolescents. This research aims to find out how the relationship between parents' attachment and emotional autonomy of Street Teenagers in Sidoarjo. The research method uses the quantitative method. The population in this study was 145 street children with a research sample of 60 subjects with characteristics with the age range of 12-18 years. The research instrument that is used is the Attachment scale and the Emotional autonomy scale. The scale is organized according to the theories that correspond to each variable. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 for windows statistics program assistance. The results of the analysis using the Correlation Product Moment technique showed a correlation coefficient of 0.462, from the conclusion there is a positive relationship between the parent attachment and the emotional autonomy of street teenagers, but in low correlation category, with the conclusion that the higher the attachment of parents, the higher the emotional independence of street teenagers.
