PERBEDAAN WORK ENGAGEMENT DITINJAU DARI MASA KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI

Abstrak
Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang mampu beradaptasi dan terlibat secara penuh dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Salah satu kondisi karyawan yang akan memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan adalah karyawan yang memiliki work engagement. Karyawan yang memiliki work engagement dapat bertahan dalam waktu yang lama sebagai karyawan di suatu perusahaaan serta dapat memberikan kontribusi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan Work Engagement ditinjau dari masa kerja pada karyawan bagian produksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dan subjek penelitian sebanyak 105 karyawan bagian produksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu skala work engagement. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji One-Way Anova dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26 for windows. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan nilai sig. 0.010 (p < 0,05), hal ini menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan work engagement ditinjau dari masa kerja pada karyawan bagian produksi.

Abstract
Every company needs employees who are able to contribute to the achievement of company goals. Companies need employees who are able to adapt and are fully involved in carrying out their work. One of the conditions for employees that will provide benefits for the company is employees who have work engagement. Employees who have work engagement can last a long time as employees in a company and can contribute well. This study aims to determine the differences in Work Engagement in terms of tenure for production employees. This research is a research with quantitative methods with total subjects 105 employees of the production department. The data collection technique used in this study is the work engagement scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is the One-Way Anova test with the help of SPSS version 26 for windows. The results of data analysis showed the value of sig. 0.010 (p < 0.05), this shows a significant result. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there were differences in work engagement in terms of years of service for production employees.
