HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF-ESTEEM DENGAN SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING PADA GURU SMK

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-esteem dengan subjective well-being pada guru SMK X. Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Pada penelitian ini, penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu 65 guru SMK. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala self-esteem dan skala subjective well-being. Kemudian untuk proses analisa data dilakukan dengan menjalankan uji korelasi pearson product moment melalui bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, diperoleh skor signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,721 (r=0.721). Hal ini menujukkan bahwa ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dan bersifat positif antara self-esteem dengan subjective well-being pada guru SMK X. Hal ini dapat diartikan dengan apabila semakin tinggi self-esteem, maka subjective well-being yang dimiliki oleh guru SMK X akan semakin tinggi pula. Hal tersebut berlaku untuk sebaliknya, dimana jika semakin rendah self-esteem maka semakin rendah juga subjective well-being.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being in SMK X teachers. The research method applied in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. In this study, the determination of the sample used the saturated sample technique, namely 65 SMK teachers. The data collection technique in this study used a scale consisting of a self-esteem scale and a subjective well-being scale. Then the data analysis process is carried out by running the Pearson product moment correlation test through the help of the SPSS 26.0 application for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained a significance score of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.721 (r = 0.721). This shows that there is a significant and positive relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being in SMK X teachers. This can be interpreted as the higher the self-esteem, the higher the subjective well-being of SMK X teachers. high too. This applies to the opposite, where the lower the self-esteem, the lower the subjective well-being.
