HUBUNGAN ANTARA DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING PADA KARYAWAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan psychological well-being pada perusahaan X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Terdapat 90 subjek pada penelitian ini. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pearson Product Moment Correlation dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa skala dukungan sosial dan skala psychological well-being yang disusun peneliti menggunakan skala likert. Hasil dari analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,443 (r=0,433). Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan psychological well-being. Hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan hubungan yang memiliki arah sama. Hubungan yang searah memiliki arti bahwa apabila variabel dukungan sosial mengalami peningkatan, maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan variabel psychological well-being. Begitu pula sebaliknya apabila variabel dukungan sosial mengalami penurunan, maka variabel psychological well- being juga akan menurun.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and psychological well-being in company X. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. There are 90 subjects in this study. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is Pearson Product Moment Correlation with the help of SPSS for windows program. The data collection techniques in this study were in the form of a social support scale and a psychological well-being scale which were compiled by researchers using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis in this study showed a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.443 (r=0.433). This means that there is a relationship between social support and psychological well-being. The relationship between the two variables shows a relationship that has the same direction. The unidirectional relationship means that if the social support variable increases, it will be followed by an increase in the psychological well-being variable. And vice versa if the social support variable decreases, the psychological well-being variable will also decrease.
