HUBUNGAN ANTARA DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DENGAN SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan subjective well-being pada karyawan bagian produksi. Metode yang diterapkan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif berjenis korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan populasi seluruh karyawan bagian produksi di Pabrik “X” dengan sampel 41 karyawan yang terdiri dari 23 orang karyawan perempuan dan 18 orang karyawan laki-laki. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa skala dukungan sosial dan subjectictive well-being. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan bantuan software SPSS 24.00 for windows. Analisis hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0.05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) yaitu 0,802 (r=0,802). Hasil korelasi ini menunjukkan bahwasanya terdapat hubungan signifikan yang positif atau sifatnya searah antara dukungan sosial dengan subjective well-being yang berarti apabila skor dukungan sosial tinggi akan diikuti tingginya skor subjective well-being dan apabila skor variabel dukungan sosial rendah akan diikuti oleh rendahnya skor variabel subjective well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and subjective well-being in production employees. The method applied is a quantitative research method of correlation type. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique using a population of all production employees at Factory "X" with a sample of 41 employees consisting of 23 female employees and 18 male employees. The instruments used in data collection are social support scales and subjective well-being. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation with the help of SPSS 24.00 software for windows. The analysis of the results showed a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.802 (r = 0.802). The results of this correlation indicate that there is a significant positive or unidirectional relationship between social support and subjective well-being, which means that a high score of social support will be followed by a high score of subjective well-being and a low score of social support will be followed by a low score of subjective well-being
