HUBUNGAN ANTARA KESEIMBANGAN KEHIDUPAN KERJA DENGAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA PADA GURU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja pada guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 65 guru dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan skala kualitas kehidupan kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam adalah korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa taraf signifikan yaitu sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05), dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.930 (r=0.930), hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja yang tergolong dalam hubungan yang sangat kuat. Hasil koefisien korelasi tersebut menunjukkan nilai yang positif, artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel searah sehingga apabila variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki nilai yang tinggi maka variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja juga akan semakin tinggi. Begitupun sebaliknya, jika variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki nilai yang rendah maka variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja juga akan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja pada guru.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance with the quality of work life for teachers. The method used in this research is quantitative. The total population is 65 teachers using saturated sampling technique so that the total sample is 65 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used a work-life balance scale and a work-life quality scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is product moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 22.0 for windows. The results of the analysis carried out showed that the significant level was 0.000 (p <0.05), with a correlation coefficient value of 0.930 (r = 0.930), these results indicate that there is a relationship between work life balance and the quality of work life which is classified as a very strong relationship. The correlation coefficient results show a positive value, meaning that the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional so that if the work-life balance variable has a high value, the quality of work life variable will also be higher. Vice versa, if the work-life balance variable has a low value, the quality of work-life variable will also be low. Based on the results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between work-life balance with the quality of work life for teachers.
