HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Abstrak
Work engagement menjadi faktor penting untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bojonegoro untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Work engagement dapat dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas personal individu, salah satunya yaitu psychological capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological capital dengan work engagement pada karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics 24.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data memiliki nilai koefisiensi korelasi sebesar 0,880 (r=0,880) dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,005) yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara psychological capital dengan work engagement pada karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Abstract
Work engagement is an important factor to maximize employee performance of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Bojonegoro Regency to provide the best possible service. Work engagement can be influenced by individual personal capacity, one of which is psychological capital. This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement among PDAM Bojonegoro employees. Subjects in this study amounted to 50 employees. Data analysis used Pearson product moment correlation test with the help of SPSS Statistics 24.0 for windows. The results of data analysis have a correlation coefficient value of 0.880 (r = 0.880) with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.005) which indicates that there is a relationship between psychological capital and work engagement on PDAM Bojonegoro employees.
