HUBUNGAN ANTARA BODY IMAGE DENGAN PENERIMAAN DIRI PADA REMAJA PEREMPUAN PENGGUNA TIKTOK

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara body image dengan penerimaan diri pada remaja perempuan pengguna tiktok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi perempuan di salah satu jurusan di perguruan tinggi yang berusia 18-21 tahun sebanyak 473 yang merupakan pengguna media sosial tiktok. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian yakni skala body image dan skala penerimaan diri yang disusun oleh peneliti yang didasarkan pada aspek-aspek dari tiap variabel. Data yang telah didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment pearson bantuan SPSS versi 23.00 for mac. Hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,784 (r = 0,784) yang menunjukkan tingkat koefisien korelasi pada penelitian memiliki tingkat yang kuat, dengan taraf sig. sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa adanya hubungan antara body image dengan penerimaan diri pada remaja perempuan pengguna tiktok.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between body image and self-acceptance in young women using tiktok. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 473 Psychology students of University X aged 18-21 years who were users of social media tiktok. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was the body image scale and self-acceptance scale which were compiled by the researcher based on the aspects of each variable. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using the Pearson product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS version 23.00 for mac. The results of the correlation coefficient of 0.784 (r = 0.784) which indicates the level of the correlation coefficient in this study has a strong level, with a level of sig. of 0.000 (p<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between body image and self-acceptance in adolescent girls who use tiktok.
