HUBUNGAN ANTARA HARGA DIRI DENGAN PERILAKU ASERTIF MAHASISWA SELAMA MASA PANDEMI

Abstrak
Mahasiswa melaksanakan proses pembelajaran secara daring pada saat keadaan pandemi, karena keterbatasan dalam kemungkinan untuk pelaksanaan dalam pembelajaran secara tatap muka dengan banyak orang di dalamnya. Salah satu universita yang melaksanakan proses pembelajaran daring adalah universitas negeri surabaya. Proses pembelajaran yang berbeda dengan proses sebelumnya membuat banyak perubahan yang berdampak baik bagi mahasiswa, dosen, instansi dan juga pemerintah. Untuk melihat bagaimana proses pelaksanaan perkuliahan berlangsung dapat dilihat dari bagaimana keaktifan mahasiswa dalam proses perkuliahan dengan mengungkapkan pendapat, opini dan juga mau untuk bertanya dalam proses perkuliahan, merupakan sebuah hal yang dapat disebut sebagai perilaku asertif dimana seseorang mampu dengan nyaman menyatakan apa yang menjadi pikiran dan juga perasaan nya kepada orang lain dengan nyaman. Harga diri merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mengembang perilaku asertif seseorang, dengan evaluasi diri yang menggambarkan bagaimana dirinya berharga dan juga memahami kompetensi dirinya mampu mendorong individu untuk mudah mengekspresikan dirinya ke dalam lingkungannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk untuk menelusuri hubungan diantara harga diri dengan perilaku asertif mahasiswa selama masa pandemi. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah diambil menggunakan 10 orang dalam setiap kelas angkatan dengan total sejumlah 200 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pearson correlation. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara harga diri dengan perilaku asertif mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 dan nilai koefisiensi yang didapatkan sebesar 0.673.

Abstract
Students carry out the learning process boldly during a pandemic, due to limitations in the possibilities for face-to-face learning with many people in it. One of the universities that implements a bold learning process is the State University of Surabaya. The learning process that is different from the previous process makes many changes that have a good impact on students, lecturers, agencies and also the government. To see how the lecture process takes place, it can be seen from how active students are in the lecture process by expressing opinions, opinions and also wanting to ask questions in the lecture process, which is something that can be done as assertive behavior where someone can express what is said to be his thoughts and feelings to other people. others comfortably. Self-esteem is one of the factors that can develop a person's assertive behavior, with a self-evaluation that describes how valuable he is and also his competence is able to encourage individuals to express themselves in their environment. This research was conducted in the form of exploring the relationship between self-esteem and student assertive behavior during the pandemic. The sample used for this study was taken using 10 people in each class with a total of 200 people. The data analysis technique used is Pearson correlation. The results obtained in the study are that there is a positive relationship between self-esteem and student assertive behavior with a significance value of 0.000 and a coefficient value of 0.673.
