RESILIENSI PADA ANAK PERTAMA DENGAN AYAH MENINGGAL KARENA COVID-19

Abstrak
Peristiwa Covid-19 menjadikan anak pertama dituntut untuk menghadapi tekanan seperti menurunnya tingkat ekonomi dan kesedihan karena ditinggal oleh Ayah secara mendadak. Tekanan ini yang membuat anak perlu melakukan resiliensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Proses Resiliensi dan Faktor Protektif pada anak pertama yang menjadi tulang punggung keluarga.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga subjek yang merupakan anak pertama berusia 19 hingga 22 tahun yang sedang bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis dan uji keabsahan data menggunakan member checking. Terdapat tiga tema utama yaitu Peristiwa adversity saat Covid-19, Proses Resiliensi yang dilakukan anak pertama yaitu Fase memburuk, fase adaptasi, fase pemulihan, fase berkembang dan faktor protektif yang mempengaruhi resiliensi yaitu Hubungan keterikatan, Keterampilan pemecahan masalah, Regulasi diri, Memaknai peristiwa, Spiritualitas.

Abstract
The Covid-19 incident made the first child required to face pressures such as a declining economic level and the sadness of being suddenly abandoned by his father. This pressure makes children need to do resilience. This study aims to determine the process of resilience and protective factors in the first child who is the backbone of the family. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects used in this study were three subjects who were the first children aged 19 to 22 years who were working to meet the economic needs of the family. The data collected were analyzed using thematic analysis and the validity of the data was tested using member checking. There are three main themes, namely adversity events during Covid-19, the resilience process carried out by the first child, namely the deteriorating phase, the adaptation phase, the recovery phase, and the developing phase and protective factors resilience, namely attachment relationships, problem solving skills, self-regulation,Meaning Making, Spirituality
