HUBUNGAN KETERIKATAN KARYAWAN DENGAN PERSEPSI KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. X DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan antara keterikatan karyawan dengan persepsi karyawan di PT. X. Pemilihan tempat penelitian didasari dengan fenomena yang ada bahwa PT. X mengalami keuntungan signifikan meskipun pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak hampir di semua sektor kehidupan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni seluruh karyawan PT.X. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposif sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 116 karyawan sales. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment pada program SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai signifikansi yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang bermakna bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keterikatan karyawan dengan persepsi kinerja karyawan PT. X di masa pandemi Covid-19. Selain itu, dari hasil uji korelasi diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi kedua variabel yaitu sebesar 0,646 artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat dan searah. Hal ini menunjukkan apabila keterikatan karyawan tinggi atau meningkat maka persepsi kinerja karyawan juga akan tinggi atau meningkat, sebaliknya apabila keterikatan karyawan rendah atau menurun maka persepsi kinerja karyawan juga akan rendah atau menurun.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between employee engagement with employee perceptions at PT.X. The selection of research sites are based on the existing phenomenon that PT.X experienced significant gains even though the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on almost all sectors of life.The approach used in this research is quantitative.The population in this study was all employees of PT.X.The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 116 sales employees.The data collection technique in this study used a scale.Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment correlation test on the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program.The results of the correlation test show a significant value of 0.000 which means that there is a relationship between employee engagement and employee performance perceptions of PT.X during the Covid-19 pandemic.In addition, from the results of the correlation test, it is known that the value of the correlation coefficient of the two variables is 0.646, meaning that the two variables have a strong and unidirectional positive relationship.This shows that if employee engagement is high or increased then the perception of employee performance will also be high or increase, on the contrary if employee engagement is low or decreased then the perception of performance will also be low or decreased.
