GAMBARAN KELEKATAN PADA REMAJA DENGAN AYAH YANG BEKERJA SEBAGAI PELAYAR

Abstrak
Pelayar adalah salah satu profesi yang mengharuskan para pekerjanya untuk jauh dari keluarga dalam kurun waktu yang lama. Pekerjaan ini memiliki dampak kepada para kepala keluarga, yaitu ayah yang mana kontribusi dalam mengasuh anak menjadi kurang karena lamanya durasi berlayar. Hal tersebut dapat berisiko mempengaruhi kelekatan yang tercipta antara ayah dan anak. Maka dari itu penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk melihat dan menggali lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana kelekatan yang terbangun antara remaja dengan ayah yang bekerja sebagai pelayar. Metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus digunakan pada penelitian ini. Pengambilan data diambil menggunakan teknik wawancara bersifat semi- terstruktur dengan jumlah partisipan remaja sebanyak 3 (tiga) orang yakni 2 perempuan dan 1 laki-laki yang memiliki ayah dengan profesi sebagai pelayar. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik (AT) dan berhasil dalam mengidentifikasi tiga tema penting yaitu
- gambaran kelekatan remaja dengan ayah, (2) dampak kurangnya kehadiran ayah (karena berlayar) pada hubungan kelekatan, dan (3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi dampak serta mempererat hubungan kedekatan dengan

Abstract
Sailor is one of the professions that requires workers to be away from their families for long periods of time. This work has an impact on the heads of families, specifically fathers whose contribution in raising children is reduced because they have to work. This can jeopardize the bond created or attachment between father and his child. Therefore, this research is important to do to see and search deeper how the attachment that occurs between adolescents and fathers who work as sailors.Qualitative method with case study used in this research. Collecting data using interview with semi-structure technique with a total of 3 (three) participants, including two female and one male who has a father with a profession as a sailor. The data in this study were analyzed using the thematic analysis technique (AT) and succeeded in identifying three important themes, namely (1) the description of adolescent attachment to fathers, (2) the impact of lack of father presence (due to screen work) on attachment relationships, and (3) efforts made to overcome the impact and strengthen close relationships with fathers.
