Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Berbasis Multi Representasi Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Materi Gelombang

Dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran secara terdeskripsi, peningkatan hasil belajar dan respon peserta didik setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis multi representasi pada materi gelombang. Dalam penelitian digunakan pre eksperimental one group pretest-posttest design dengan adanya satu kelas eksperimen dan kelas replikasi sejumlah dua kelas. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil prestest–posttest, dan respon peserta didik. Tiga representasi berupa gambar, grafik, dan matematik dimunculkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan model inkuri terbimbing berbasis multi representasi. Data pretest-postest yang diperoleh terdistribusi normal atau tidak dapat diketahui berdasarkan uji normalitas kemudian dilanjut uji homogenitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji-t berpasangan dan analisis n -gain score ternormalisasi diketahui hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan atau tidak. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memeroleh hasil sebagai berikut: keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berpredikat sangat baik, peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar terlihat dari analisis uji n-gain score dan perbandingan rerata nilai pretest-postets kelas replikasi dua dengan berpredikat sedang dan kelas eksperimen dan kelas replikasi satu berpredikat tinggi, hasil terakhir yaitu respon peserta didik yang baik sekali. Menurut data tersebut dapat disimpulkan  bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Gedangan dapat ditingkatkan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis multi representasi pada materi gelombang.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the feasibility of learning in a description, improved learning outcomes, and student responses after the guided inquiry based multi-representation learning model was applied to wave material. In this study, pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design was used in the presence of one experimental class and two replication classes. The research data were obtained from observations of the implementation of learning, the results of the pretest-posttest, and the responses of students. Three representation in images, graphics, and mathematics are presented in learning activities using guided inquiry model based a multi representation. The pretest posttest data obtained were normally distributed or could not be known based on the normality test then continued with the homogeneity test. Then the paired t-test and n-gain test were carried out. It was found that the learning outcomes of students had increased or not. Overall, this study obtained the following results: the implementation of learning was predicated very well, a significant increase in learning outcomes was seen from the analysis of the n-gain test and comparison of the pretest-posttest mean, replication class two has medium predicate and experimental class and replication class one with high predicate, the last result is the student’s responses is excellent. According to these data it can be said that the learning outcomes of students in SMAN 1 Gedangan can be improved by implementing guided inquiry based multi-representation learning model on wave material.
