PERBANDINGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS DAN TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN KELAS XI AKUNTANSI DI SMK NEGERI MOJOAGUNG
Abstract
“Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe student teams achievment divisions (STAD) dan teams games tournament (TGT) pada mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan kelas xi akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Mojoagung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan rancangan penelitian Pretest-posttest control grup design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Mojoagung yang berjumlah 4 kelas. Sample penelitian yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling diambil secara acak setelah dilakukan pretest dengan XI akuntansi 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan X akuntansi 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. uji hipotesis melalui program SPSS yang dilakukan pada hasil posttest kedua kelas eksperimen menunjukkan perbedaan antara kedua kelas eksperimen tersebut. Rata-rata hasil posttest kelas eksperimen pertama yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) sebesar 81,22 sedangkan hasil rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen kedua sebesar 85,44. Dari uji hipotesis tersebut juga diketahui hasil thitung sebesar 3,339 atau thitung> ttabel (3,339> 1,994) dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 atau kurang dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil posttest antara kedua kelas eksperimen tersebut. Hasil rata-rata selisih antara pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen pertama sebesar 14,22 sedangkan hasil rata-rata selisih antara pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen kedua sebesar 23,11. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan juga menunjukkan thitung sebesar 4,998 atau thitung> ttabel (4,998> 1,994) dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 atau kurang dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT lebih efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa daripada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Adanya turnamen akademik pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT menambah motivasi belajar serta rasa bersaing atau berkompetisi yang tinggi dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.”

Abstract
This study aims to determine the ratio of student learning outcomes by using a model of cooperative student achievment teams divisions (STAD) and teams tournament games (TGT) on the subjects of financial accounting in the accounting class xi SMK Negeri 1 Mojoagung. This research is an experimental research study design using pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study is the students of class XI accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Mojoagung which amounts to 4 classes. Research sample taken using simple random sampling technique drawn at random after the pretest with accounting XI 3 as the experimental class 1 and X accounting 4 as an experimental class 2. hypothesis test by SPSS performed on the results of the second posttest experimental class show the difference between the two class of the experiment. The average results of the first posttest experimental class using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Divisio ns (STAD) of 81.22, while the average yield of the experimental class posttest second at 85.44. Hypothesis tests are also known to result amounted to 3,339 tor t> t table (3,339> 1,994) and a significance level of 0.000 or less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It can be concluded that there are differences between the two classes posttestresults of the experiment. The average yield difference between pretest and posttest experimental class first $ 14.22, while the average yield difference between pretest and posttestexperimental class second at 23.11. Hypothesis test conducted also showed t count equal to 4,998 or t> t table (4.998> 1.994) and a significant level of 0.000 or less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type TGT more effectively improve student learning outcomes than STAD type cooperative learning model. The existence of an academic tournament in the model of cooperative learning type TGT add learning motivation as well as a sense of competing or competing high and can improve student learning outcomes.
