Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Rumah Makan Bebek Goreng H. Slamet Cabang Sidoarjo
Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen bebek goreng H. Slamet. Jenis ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Mengolah data dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 16 menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana berdasarkan angket dari responden konsumen bebek goreng H. Slamet. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen.
