PENGARUH VISUAL MERCHANDISING DAN STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP PERILAKU IMPULSE BUYING (Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen MINISO Di Surabaya)

ABSTRAK
Persaingan ritel modern menjadikan konsumen dihadapkan dengan berbagai macam pilihan toko yang menyebabkan adanya perilaku konsumen saat berbelanja di sebuah toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari visual merchandising dan store atmosphere terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen MINISO di Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian tidak terencana di MINISO Royal Plaza, MINISO Grand City dan MINISO Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 100 responden. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan perhitungan melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) visual merchandising berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku impulse buying, (2) store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku impulse buying, (3) visual merchandising dan store atmosphere secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulse buying, dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 52% .

Abstract
Modern retail competition makes consumers are faced with a variety of store options which causes consumers behavior while shopping in a store. This study aims to determine the effect of visual merchandising and store atmosphere against impulse buying behavior of consumers MINISO in Surabaya. This research is quantitative research, the population of this study is consumers who have made unplanned purchases in MINISO Royal Plaza, MINISO Grand City and MINISO Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Sampling using purposive sampling which was amounted to be 100 respondents. The data were taken using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. Lastly, the results showed that (1) visual merchandising significant influence on impulse buying behavior, (2) store atmosphere significant influence on impulse buying behavior, (3) visual merchandising and store atmosphere simultaneously influence on impulse buying behavior, with percentage of impact is 52%.
