PENGEMBANGAN ASESMEN SOAL BERBASIS HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILLS PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan asesmen soal berbasis higher order thinking skills pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi perdagangan internasional, mengetahui kelayakan soal-soal higher order thinking skills yang dikembangkan berdasarkan validasi dari ahli materi dan evaluasi serta bedasarkan analisis kuantitatif soal yang meliputi : tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, validitas, reliabilitas dan efektivitas pengecoh dan mengukur kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Model penelitian pengembangan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Borg & Gall yaitu: Pengumpulan Informasi, desain produk, uji coba soal, analisis produk dan revisi produk akhir. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Taman Sidoarjo. Jumlah butir soal 15 pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai validitas keseluruhan soal adalah lebih dari 0,306 sedangkan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,722. Hal ini menunjukan keseluruhan soal valid dan reliabel. Uji kuantitas soal meliputi tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, dan efektivitas pengecoh memenuhi kriteria soal-soal berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills. Berdasarkan uji coba diketahui dari 30 siswa yang menjadi subyek uji coba hanya 6 siswa yang memiliki kategori “kurang” dalam kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop assessments of higher order thinking skills based on economic subjects on international trade, knowing the feasibility of higher order thinking skills questions developed based on validation from material experts and evaluations and based on quantitative analysis questions which include: difficulty level, power difference, validity, reliability and effectiveness of deception and measuring students high-level thinking skills. The development research model adapts Borg & Galls development model, namely: Information Collection, product design, problem testing, product analysis and final product revision. The research subjects consisted of 30 students of class XI IPS 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Taman Sidoarjo. Number of 15 multiple choice items. Based on the results of the study, the value of the overall validity of the question is more than 0.306 while the reliability value is 0.722. This shows all valid and reliable questions. Quantity test questions include the level of difficulty, the power of difference, and the effectiveness of the deceiver to meet the criteria of questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skills. Based on the trial, it was known that of the 30 students who were the subjects of the trial only 6 students had the category of "lacking" in high-level thinking skills
