PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA POWER POINT INTERAKTIF MATERI TATA URUTAN PERATURAN PERUNDANG-UNDANGAN NASIONAL KELAS VIIID SMPN 1 JABON

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan multimedia power point interaktif materi tata urutan peraturan perundang-undangan nasional bagi siswa kelas VIID SMPN1 Jabon; (2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan multimedia power point interaktif yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur pengembangan yang dikemukakan Sadiman, dkk (2010) yang terdiri atas 2 tahap, yaitu: (1) tahap pendahuluan, dan (2) tahap pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, observasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kelayakan multimedia power pointinteraktif berdasarkan aspek kevalidan, keefektifan dan kepraktisan, antara lain: (1) multimedia power pointinteraktif valid digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli yang memperoleh rata-rata 87.5% dengan kategori “sangat layak”; (2) multimedia power pointinteraktifefektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa yang memperoleh rata-rata 85.78% dengan kategori “sangat layak” dan memperoleh nilai ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80%; (3) multimedia power pointinteraktifpraktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli yang memperoleh rata-rata 87.5% dengan kategori “sangat layak” dan angket respon siswa yang memperoleh rata-rata 86.67% dengan kategori “sangat layak”.

Abstract
The purpose of this research are producepower pointinteractive multimedia subject hierarchie of national law and regulation for grade VIIID in public junior high school of Jabon and decrcribe the feasibility of power point interactive multimedia has been developed. This research approach used is Research and Development (R&D) with the development procedure proposed by Sadiman and his friends that consisted of two phases are preliminary phase, and development phase. Data obtainedfrom questionnaires, observation, and tests. The result of this research demonstrate the feasibility of power point interactive multimedia based aspects of validity, effectivity, and practically, including: (1) power point interactive multimedia is valid used as medium of learning based on the result of validation specialists who earn an everage of 87.5% categorized as “very feasible”; 2) power point interactive multimedia is effective used as medium of learning based on the result of observation student activitiy who earn an everage of 85.78% categorized as “very feasible” and obtain the value of classical completeness 80%; (3) power point interactive multimedia is practice used as medium of learning based on the result of validation specialists who earn an average 87.5% categorized as “very feasible”, and student questionnaire responses who earn an everage of 86.67 % categorized as “very feasible”
