Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pelatihan kewirausahaan ilmiah pada standar kompetensi memahami masalah kewirausahaan tata boga dilingkungan TPQ dan Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Hikam Kepatihan Tulungagung dengan membentuk kelompok kewirausahaan Entrepreneurship Training Fondation Grups (ETFG). Masalah pada penelitian ini antara lain bagaimanakah kelayakan perangkat pelatihan yang dikembangkan, keterlaksanaan dan juga hasil pelatihan. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan perangkat pelatihan yang disajikan dalam handout, powerpoint, dan lembar evaluasi dalam bentuk soal pilihan tunggal.
Penelitian ini proses pengembangan perangkat pelatihan, dilaksanakan berdasarkan model Plomp terdiri 5 tahapan yaitu Tahap Investigasi Awal (Preliminary Investigation), Tahap Desain (Design), Tahap Realisasi (Realization), Tahap Tes, Evaluasi dan Revisi (Test, Evaluation, and Revision), dan Tahap kelima Implementasi (Implementation). Subyek Penelitian yaitu 25 santri Manbaul Hikam berusia 15 sampai 18 tahun yang dibentuk 5 kelompok wirausaha. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data deskriptif kuantitatif, data kualitatif diperoleh dari lembar validasi instrumen penelitian, dan data deskriptif kuantitatif diperoleh dari data hasil pelatihan dalam penelitian. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu lembar validasi handout (komponen kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, penyajian, keterpaduan), lembar validasi PPT (materi,narasi, warna dan kemenarikan), lembar keterlaksanaan pelatihan, dan lembar evaluasi berupa tes pilihan tunggal. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis validasi handout, PPT, lembar evaluasi dengan merata skor komponen dideskripsikan dengan rentang 1 sampai 4 (tidak baik, kurang baik, baik dan sangat baik), analisis keterlaksanaan dihitung dengan rumus R=
% dengan kriteria terlaksana dan tidak terlaksana dan hasil pelatihan dihitung dalam prosentase P=
x 100 % dengan kriteria penilaian ≥82 sangat baik, 70-81 baik, 60-69 cukup baik, ≤59 kurang baik.
Dari hasil penilaian validator terhadap perangkat pelatihan, handout memperoleh validasi dengan rata-rata 3,87, power point dinilai dengan deskriptif kualitatif dengan kategori layak digunakan, dan lembar evaluasi memperoleh validasi dengan rata-rata 3,83 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pelatihan in dikategorikan baik dan layak untuk digunakan. Dari hasil keterlaksanaan uji coba perangkat pelatihan memperoleh rata rata nilai 3,87 dengan persentase keterlaksanaan 100 % serta hasil pelatihan santri dengan nilai rata –rata ranah kognitif 80,40 dan rata-rata ranah psikomotor 78,48 sehingga nilai hasil akhir dengan rata-rata 79 dengan pesentase 88%, terdapat 3 santri belum berhasil karena nilai akhir <70.

Abstrack



This study is a research development that aims to generate a scientific entrepreneurship training devices on the standard of competence to understand the problems of entrepreneurship and culinary in TPQ Manbaul Hikam Islamic Boarding School Kepatihan Tulungagung, by forming groups of entrepreneurial, Entrepreneurship Training Foundation groups (ETFG). The problem in this study include how the training tools develop viability, feasibility and also the results of the training of the student. In this training research generated a device that presented in handouts, powerpoint, and evaluation sheets in the form of single-choice questions.
This research is processed by the development of training devices, and implemented based on the model comprises five stages, namely Plomp i.e. Preliminary Investigation Stage (Preliminary Investigation), Stage Design (Design), Stage realization (Realization), Stage Test, Evaluation and Revision (Test, Evaluation, and Revision), and the fifth stage of implementation (Implementation). This research subjects were 25 students TPQ Manbaul Hikam Islamic Boarding School Kepatihan Tulungagung 15 to 18 years old formed 5 groups of entrepreneurs. From the result validator assessment of training tools, handouts gain validation by an average of 3.87, power point was assessed by qualitative descriptive categories fit for used, and evaluation sheets to obtain validation by an average of 3.83, it can be concluded that the training devices in classified good and deserves to be used. From the results of the feasibility trial training to obtain an average value of 3.87 with a percentage of 100% feasibility and the results of training students with a mean value 80.40 and cognitive and psychomotor average of 78.48 so that the value of the final
result with an average pesentage 79 to 88%, there are students haven’t been successful because final score at <70.
