Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation Pada Kompetensi Dasar Pembuatan Sandwich Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X1 Jasa Boga SMK YPM 2 Taman Sidoarjo

Abstract

SMK 2 YPM Taman Sidoarjo adalah salah satu SMK yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Kurikulum 2013 menuntut Siswa harus aktif saat pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran yang menuntut siswa aktif adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation. Model pembelajaran ini akan diterapkan pada kompetensi dasar pembuatan sandwich. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) aktivitas guru, 2) aktivitas siswa, 3) respon siswa dan 4) hasil belajar siswa.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental dengan menggunakan design pre test dan post test. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X1 jasa boga yang berjumlah 24 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah  observasi, angket dan tes hasil hasil belajar. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa, angket respon siswa dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah persentase dan uji t untuk mencari perbedaan hasil belajar yang disajikan dalam bentuk diagram batang.

Hasil analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation adalah : 1) hasil analisis aktivitas guru sangat baik, 2) hasil analisis aktivitas siswa sangat baik, 3) hasil analisis respon siswa sangat baik, 4) hasil nilai belajar meningkat dan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada hasil uji t.

Abstract

SMK 2 YPM TamanSidoarjo is one of the vocational high school apply curriculum of 2013. The 2013 curriculum requires students to be active while learning. Learning model that requires active student is cooperative learning model group investigation. This learning model will be applied to the basic competence of making a sandwich. This research aims to determine: 1) Teacher activity, 2) Student activity, 3) Student response and 4) Student learning outcomes.

This type of research is a Quasi-Experimental design using pre-test and post-test. Subjects in this research areX1 cookery amount to 24 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are using observation, questionnaires and results of the learning outcomes. The instrument are usedobservation sheet of teacher activities, observation sheet of student activity, questionnaire of student response and student achievement test. The analysis technique are using the percentage and t-test to know difference of achievement test and presented in a bar chart.

Results of the analysis with cooperative learning model group investigation are: 1) analysis result of teacher activity are very good 2) analysis result of student activity are very good, 3) analysis result of students response are very good 4) result of student learning outcomes increased and had significance difference of t-test result.
