PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TIME TOKEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR KELAS X SMK NEGERI 8 SURABAYA

Salah satu model pembelajaran yang bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe time token. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas pendidik, respon peserta didik dan hasil belajar dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe time token pada kompetensi dasar mendiskripsikan bumbu dan rempah pada mata pelajaran pengetahuan bahan makan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan  adalah penelitian pre exsperimental dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X Jasa Boga SMK Negeri 8 Surbaya yang berjumlah 37 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, tes hasil belajar siswa dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) analisis hasil data validasi, 2) analisis data aktivitas pendidik dan peserta dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, 3) analisis data hasil belajar, dan 4) analisis angket respon peserta didik.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil aktivitas pendidik dapat menyampaikan informasi tentang model pembelajaran yang diterapkan mencapai 90%. Hasil aktivitas peserta didik terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif time token persentase mencapai 91,7%. Hasil angket responden peserta didik terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif time token dalam memahami materi sebesar 92,5%. Serta hasil belajar peserta didik setelah penerapan model  pembelajaran kooperatif tipe time token menunjukkan rata-rata ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 7,5% (pre-test) meningkat menjadi 10% (post test).

Abstract

One model of learning that can improve the learning results of students and increase the activity of students in the basic competencies to describe herbs and spices on the subjects knowledge of foodstuffs by applying the cooperative learning time token type. This study aims to determine the activity of educators to manage learning by using cooperative learning token typel to describe the basic competence of herbs and spices on the subjects knowledge of foodstuffs. This research use pre exsperimental with the implementation of cooperative learning time token type to the subject of the research students of culinary class X SMK Negeri  8 Surabaya which amounted to 37 students. With a population in this study class X. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet teaching practices , student achievement test and questionnaire responses sheets learners. Data analysis techniques used in this study were 1) the analysis of the results of validation data, 2) data analysis activities of educators and participants in the implementation of learning, 3) data analysis of learning results, and 4) questionnaire responses of sudents. Based on the results of this study concluded that the results of the activity of educators can convey information about applied learning models reached 90 % . The results of the activity of learners towards the implementation of cooperative learning time token type percentage reached 91.7%. The results of the questionnaire respondents studenst towards the implementation of cooperative learning token type to understand the material time amounted to 92.5% . As well as the learning results of students after the implementation of cooperative learning time token type indicates the average completeness of learning results by 7.5% (pre - test) increased to 10 % (post- test) .
